The Parliament of the Republic of Serbia closed its autumn session by adopting, inter alia, the new Energy Law, the Law on Amendments to the Law on Planning and Construction, and the Law on Amendments to the Law on Special Conditions for Inscription of Ownership of Facilities Constructed without Construction Permit. All three laws were published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia no.145/2014 of 29 December 2014 and entered into force on 30 December 2014. The Law on Planning and Construction was also amended by virtue of a statute published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia no. 132-2014.
