Hungarian AIDA Conference, Budapest, 29-30 November 2012

Dr Gabriella Benisch, partner in the Budapest office, will speak on the history of settlement of insurance disputes at the IXX AIDA Budapest Insurance Colloquium in Budapest being held from 29 – 30 November 2012.

Ms. Benisch will discuss different settlement methods and their changes throughout history from the late 19^th century till now.

The Hungarian Chapter of the International Association for Insurance Law (AIDA) was established in 1970 as the Hungarian Lawyers Association Section for Insurance Law. Since its formation the Hungarian AIDA has been performing national and international scientific activity on insurance law and organising its national programs, 2 – 4 times yearly, on current issues on insurance and insurance law.
