Novak Vujicic, an associate of Belgrade Office of Specht & Partner (Samardzic in cooperation with Specht & Partner), presented a paper titled, “Trademark Infringement on Social Networks“ at the annual academic conference series „Intellectual Property and Internet“, organized by the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, and the Serbian National Internet Domain Registry. In addition to legal practice in which he focuses on IP and tax law, Novak Vujicic is pursuing his PhD studies in the field of IP law at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade.
